From the duo of Chef Micah Wexler and partner Michael Kassar, Los Angeles’ acclaimed Wexler's Deli was born of a desire to serve classic Jewish deli food, which is why all their signature meat and fish are cured, smoked, and sliced using old school methods in-house. With Wexler’s Deli, Michael and Micah aim to take the traditional deli back to its roots and provide a place of community, pride, familiarity, and quality.
